4 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled
1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup buckwheat flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups buttermilk, or a mixture of 1 1/4 cup yogurt and 1 1/4 cup milk
zest of 1 orange
